Terms and Conditions

I have read and agree to the SaberComp Terms and Conditions as listed below.

By submitting an Entry to SaberComp 2025, Creator agrees to following:

Creator has read and understood the rules, and their entry adheres to said rules to the best of their knowledge. If found to be in violation of any rules, Creator agrees, if able and time permits, to make necessary changes to be in compliance with Rules. If time does not permit, or Creator is unwilling to make changes, their Entry will be Disqualified.
Disqualification prevents the Creator’s Entry from being listed in the Official Playlist for SaberComp 2025, and prevents it from being listed in the SaberComp Archive. Creator will be free to release their Entry at their own discretion, provided they remove the SaberComp 2025 Bumper before doing so. The SaberComp 2025 Bumper can only be displayed on entries that have been accepted into the competition.
Once approved, SaberComp Entries will remain the property of the Creator. Participation in the competition permits SaberComp's utilization of these works for further promotion of the competition and its community. SaberComp will never use a team's Entry as a direct source of monetary gain, such as through private screenings or channel monetization.
Current and past Entries will remain logged in the SaberComp Archive as submitted. Further releases, such as Director's Cuts or Special Editions, may be later added to the corresponding playlist and/or archive on request, but will be noted as such, and not replace the original Entry.
